How HMB collects, uses, protects, and shares matrimonial profile information.
1. Information we collect
We collect profile, family, education, career, location, preference, compatibility, and contact information submitted by candidates or authorised family members. Optional photos may also be collected.
2. How we use it
Information is used to review profiles, provide matchmaking services, recommend potential introductions, communicate with families, prevent misuse, and operate the service.
3. Public and private information
Approved profiles may display only the 16 HMB register attributes, including name/parentage. Phone numbers, exact addresses, income, and private family notes are restricted to authorised HMB staff and consent-based introductions.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Details may be shared with a prospective family only as needed for a requested introduction. Records are kept while the profile is active and for a reasonable period for safety, legal, and service purposes.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, pause, or deletion by contacting HMB. Some information may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal obligations.
