Terms of use
The responsibilities and conditions that apply when using HMB Hamsafar services.
1. Eligibility and authority
Users must be at least 18 years old. A family member submitting a profile confirms they have the candidate's permission.
2. Accurate information
Information must be truthful and current. HMB may pause or reject profiles that are incomplete, misleading, duplicated, or inappropriate.
3. Matchmaking, not a guarantee
HMB facilitates introductions but does not guarantee marriage, compatibility, identity, financial standing, background, or outcome. Families must conduct their own due diligence.
4. Respectful use
Harassment, scraping, impersonation, commercial solicitation, and unauthorised sharing of profile information are prohibited.
5. Fees
Any paid matchmaking service will be described and agreed separately before payment. Profile submission alone does not create a paid obligation.
6. Safety
Users should meet with family involvement, use public places, verify claims independently, and never send money based only on an online introduction.
